Today we are proud to announce our program committee and the local organization committee. These committees are listed on the organization webpage. We are happy to announce that three prominent researchers have accepted to give keynote lectures at LCR 2013: Sylviane Granger (Université catholique de Louvain), Scott Jarvis (Ohio University) and John Osborne (Université de Savoie). Update: Bård Uri Jensen (Hedmark University College) has accepted to be the fourth keynote speaker at the conference. The biannual conference on Learner Corpus Research will be organized in 2013 by the University of Bergen, Norway. It will be held from September 27 to 29 on the beautiful West Coast of Norway.
